ANDY MURPHY · THE STORY BEHIND THE FIXER

I WANTED AN EXTRAORDINARY LIFE.

So I surrounded myself with extraordinary people, learned how they operated and began applying those behaviours to my own life.

What began as a personal pursuit became more than two decades of studying human performance—and helping others discover what's possible.

WHERE IT STARTED

NOT A STRAIGHT LINE. NOT EVEN CLOSE.

My journey has taken me from high-performing investment sales to a $100 million resort project, through losing everything, and into rooms with some of the world's most remarkable performers.

THREE CHAPTERS · ONE CONTINUING JOURNEY

THE RISE. THE FALL. THE REBUILD.

01

THE RISE

At 24, I left the Liverpool area and moved to Australia. I discovered psychology and neuro-linguistic programming through investment real-estate sales, became a record-breaking performer and was headhunted to New Zealand. By 26, I was helping put together a $100 million resort project in Fiji, which we took to Dubai during its property boom.

02

THE COLLAPSE

Then came 2007–08. The financial crisis hit. My business partner and mentor took my money. I lost everything, went bankrupt and experienced a nervous breakdown. The life I'd been building disappeared—and I had to figure out who I was without it.

THE REBUILD

I regrouped, moved in with a UFC fighter's trainer and began putting myself back together. Later, I moved to Los Angeles, where I found myself around world champion fighters, people in Hollywood and others living at an extraordinary level. I wasn't chasing a career title. I was learning how to create the life I wanted.

THE TURNING POINT

I DIDN'T JUST WANT TO STUDY AN EXTRAORDINARY LIFE. I WANTED TO LIVE ONE.

And the best way I knew to grow was to get close to people who saw the world differently, understand what made them exceptional and test those behaviours in my own life.

THE OBSESSION

WHAT MAKES EXTRAORDINARY MINDS DIFFERENT?

That question has driven thousands of hours of studying, observing, interviewing and working with people in demanding, unconventional and high-consequence environments.

World-class fighters. Founders. Performers. People who make difficult decisions when the stakes are real.

I became fascinated by how they construct identity, regulate emotion, identify opportunities, make decisions and respond under pressure.

More importantly, I wanted to know how those patterns could be modelled, learned and developed in someone facing an entirely different challenge.

FROM EXPERIENCE TO METHODOLOGY

DON'T JUST PREPARE THE STRATEGY. PREPARE THE PERSON.

Today, that work sits within Neuro Readiness: preparing the human being behind the decisions, opportunities and defining moments.

01

REBOOT

Recognise and move beyond the patterns, beliefs and identities that no longer serve you.

02

EXPAND

Develop a more authentic, capable way of thinking, feeling and operating.

03

EXECUTE

Condition the behaviours and readiness required for the moment that matters.

THE HUMAN SIDE

PERFORM AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL. STAY HUMAN.

I work in intense worlds: pressure, money, competition, ambition and consequences.

But I don't believe success should cost you your peace, your relationships or your sense of self.

The point isn't simply to achieve more. It's to become someone who can handle extraordinary success—and still enjoy being alive.

THE BIGGER VISION

EXTRAORDINARY MINDS. EXTRAORDINARY BUSINESS.

What started with wanting to surround myself with remarkable people has grown into a bigger ambition: to bring them together.

My vision is to build a private global network where exceptional people can connect, collaborate, invest and create opportunities together—across industries, borders and disciplines.

Not networking for its own sake. Real relationships, unexpected possibilities and meaningful impact for the greater good.

“I believe the world needs extraordinary people doing extraordinary outcomes. But it also needs them to remember why those things matter.”

THE NEXT CHAPTER

AN EXTRAORDINARY LIFE ISN'T JUST ABOUT WHAT YOU ACHIEVE.

It's about who you become, who you bring with you and what you make possible for others.
